Parking for up to 100 guests comfortably on the Hast Property. (we can do more if necessary)
For weddings, two changing rooms are provided for the bridal parties for use before the ceremony.
20 hours of time over two days is provided for weddings/receptions. Additional time may be reserved for a fee.
Set-up, function, and clean-up times are provided in your rental. The facility is only available to the client during scheduled rental time.

Tables and chairs for up to 150 people are available for use. You may set them up as you like during your scheduled set-up time. Table linens are not included. We can provide:
12 – 30” X 8’ rectangular tables
12 –60” round tables
2 – 30” X 6’ rectangle tables
2 stainless tables
A couple smaller tables
150 chairs
Additional tables and/or chairs may be rented at your expense from a local provider...your local volunteer fire department or church may also be willing to rent ad'l tables and chairs. Don't forget to plan for your gift table, cake table and buffet tables.

Use of hilltops for wedding ceremony, wedding photos, or commercial photo shoots can be arranged for an additional fee.

Smoking is allowed on Hast Farm in specified areas set by you, the lessee.
Two Restrooms are located near the patio and pavilion.
We will make every effort to meet any special need requests you may have including handicap accessibility. Please discuss with us prior to your event.
We do NOT have kitchen facilities available. Caterers familiar with catering outdoor venues have had no problems to date.
Water can be made available for prep and clean up assistance.
You may use business of your choice for additional rental needs.
