We suggest the following routes:
Directions from I-68 going West towards Cumberland:
After passing the Rocky Gap exit, take Exit 47 for DeHaven Rd / MD 144 / Bedford, PA. continue right on MD 144 (Old Baltimore Pike). Travel past Twigg's Automotive. Turn left on Old Mt. Pleasant Rd. and bear left. Pass a white church then a red roofed barn. At bottom of hill, bear right onto Fansler Rd. Please drive slowly/10 mph while passing several homes. Go through gated stone pillars and follow driveway to end.
Directions from I-68 going East from Cumberland:
Take Exit 46 toward MD 144 DeHaven Rd (Ali Ghan Rd). continue straight on MD 144/Old Baltimore Pike (NOT towards Bedford and NOT onto I-68). Travel past Twigg's Automotive. Turn left on Old Mt. Pleasant Rd. and bear left. Pass a white church then a red roofed barn. At bottom of hill, bear right on to Fansler Rd. Please drive slowly/10 mph while passing several homes. Go through gated stone pillars and follow driveway to end.
We suggest the above routes. However, if you choose to come by way of Mason Road (often 'Google' suggests that) turn from Mason Road onto Fansler Rd. (you'll go across a small bridge with a farm on your right). Go up hill and start back down, at end of guardrail on left, turn left by swinging wide onto Fansler Rd. Please drive slowly/10 mph while passing several homes. Go through gated stone pillars and follow driveway to end.
